At EuroShop 2017, we shared our vision on how retailers can successfully merge their physical stores and their online platforms. We believe that the key to success is getting a better grip on the stock accuracy on item level. This can be achieved by lowering the shrinkage levels and counting the inventory in the stores more frequently. Thereby, retailers can make sure that every customer can always find what the items he/she wants.
